We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase at THE K9 DELI. Therefore, if for any reason you and your dog are not completely happy with any of our products we want you to please return the unused portion along with a note explaining the problem. Then, we will leave it up to you to tell us whether you want us to return the purchase price of the product less shipping, replace the product with another product of similar value, or issue you a store credit. Period!
