Shipping Policy

All orders from The K9 Deli are shipped via the U.S. Priority or Express Postal Service unless other arrangements have been made. Goods are usually shipped within 24-72 hours from when the order was placed depending on product availability.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from The K9 Deli. Therefore, if for any reason you and your dog are not completely happy with any of our products we want you to please return the unused portion of the treat or the item in question along with a note explaining the problem.

We will then leave it up to you to tell us whether you want us to return the purchase price of the product, replace the product with another product of similar value, or issue you a store credit.
